Thanks. No the cape is just a simple cloth sim, but I've attached it to an animated bone. I'm working on adding force based on the the bone's rotation at the moment.

Thanks! I added some crouching and made the robot a bit bigger. Spine makes it so easy to add and tweak new animations.
Looking great! Would love to see some screen capture of your work flow sometime.
Typically, you are updating your time variable "time += dt; animation.apply(skeleton, time, true)", so now you just need to "time += dt * timeScale".

This was just a quick one afternoon test, but uses some interesting dynamic rotations in code. The artwork and animations need a lot of work, but I'm very pleased with the proof of concept (coming from huge spritesheets.)
