I assume you are talking about Cocos Creator? I'm afraid we do not maintain that runtime (yet). Please ask on the Cocos Creator forums.
My guess would be a mismatch between your exported assets' premultiplied alpha setting and the premultiplied alpha setting used in Cocos Creator.
