Please post you questions at one location (it is preferred to have corresponding Chinese and English text in the same posting), otherwise it will be difficult to follow.
If you need separate animations, then you could use a separate GameObject for the weapon and attach it to a GameObject with a BoneFollower
component which follows the hand of the character.
