Try cmd+W
(W with AZERTY is where Z is on QWERTY, which is what the keyboard scan codes use). You can choose AZERTY in Spine's settings, then cmd+Z
will work. Sorry that Spine isn't yet able to detect your keyboard type automatically!
Undo seems broken on OS X
Mmmmh, cmd+W does indeed work, but even if I change keyboard to AZERTY in Spine settings, cmd+Z doesn't work (but cmd+W continues to work). Tried to restart Spine after changing the settings but it didn't change behavior either. Seems like whatever the setting is, keyboard shortcuts are treated according to a QWERTY layout in my case.

I have exaclty the same problem. I change the keyboard txt manually.
Sorry for the trouble. We'll improve keyboard handling/detection when we upgrade the backend for OS X in the future, but it will be some time.
No worrie, azerty users have to change ctrl w by Z in option/files/change hotkey.
