  • Seems like Norton is blocking spine-launcher.dll as it sees it as a threat: Trojan.Gen.8
Started today without any Spine update I'm aware of. (I guess Norton got updated).

Would like some answers on this before i dare to launch it.

  • Hi

I believe I read somewhere that you are planning to support some/all of the mesh-dependent features (deformation, skinning etc) even for Starling? Cannot find that post right now and am wondering if I struck my head a little to hard in Berlin 😉
Will you be able to do that? (as Starling only supports Quads and you will have to write the whole vertex/geometry thingies by yourself and extend Starling)?

Anyhow, that would be extremely helpful. If so, where on the roapmap will you be focusing that implementation?

    /Andreas

  • Want to thank you for lighting fast support and fix when needed. Cudos!

  • I recieved a project made in 1.8.14 and when trying to load it into my newly registered Spine it crashes when switching to animation mode. (log sent)

Now I got 1.8.20 and I want to switch back to 1.8.14 becauseI know that it works on that version, but it is anywhere to be found (probably because I downloaded this today).
So I'm stuck with a very recently project that I cannot open in any way (and I'm supposed to demo today).

Any way to solve this. The only version I can revert to is 1.7.12

  • Hi Adam

I was stumbling over your video of nested animations in Spine as I was looking for a good solution for this.
On the technical/code side of this process. How do you stitch the skeletons together in Flash/Starling?

Is it as easy as adding childs to parent skeletons and calling their animations?

Would really appriciate to hear from you.

    /Andreas
