Some keyframes are not animating

Hi. I just made 2 animations. The first animation works fine, but on the second one some of my keyframes are not animating/changing until the "cyan bar" passes them. What should I check?

Update: Maybe I did my first frame wrong. I thought that Auto key would set it for me, but now I go back and set the keys manually for the first frame, everything else is working as expected.

What happens is that Spine uses the setup pose until you set a keyframe. If the first keyframe it encounters is the same as the setup pose then you'll have no problems, but if the key is different, you'll see the animation suddenly change without smoothing.
The best thing you can do is place a keyframe at the beginning of your animation in both cases - if the keyframe is the same as setup pose/if it differs.
But from the update, it seems like you solved it partially already 😃
I recommend using the Ctrl+Shift+L shortcut to key everything that was changed on frame 0, or Ctrl+L to create keys for all the transforms quickly, if you need them (:
