We don't keep the JAR file for all previous versions, only for the latest non-beta and beta versions. I'm afraid, you'll have to run from source. FWIW, it should be easy to upgrade from 3.5 to 3.6.

you can help me get JAR or get instruction?

You can always get the latest jar packaged one here.
Skeleton Viewer

It may lag behind a few editor bugfix versions but it usually doesn't affect how the skeleton viewer works.

I have files that I can only watch in version 3.5. I need only skeletonviewer.jar (version 3.5). How i can download it?

I have the latest version skeletonviewer, but it does not open the files saved for version 3.5!!!

I'm not sure you will find 3.5 SV loads your data any better than 3.6, but I checked out 3.5 and built you a 3.5.51 SkeletonViewer JAR. If it also doesn't load your data, post the error (and the data, if possible).
