  • Spine crashes while binding multiple bones with mesh

Hi! I'm using Spine Trial and planning to buy Spine Pro version, but can't do it, coz Spine crashes every time on a setting step.

  1. Spine automatically opens already existing recent project
  2. Drag image to the workspace
  3. Create new mesh on this image
  4. Select root, create two bones on this mesh (one of them is a parent of another)
  5. Select the mesh, go to Weights window
  6. Click Bind button, pick these two bones
  7. Click Bind again OR click accidentally on the workspace -> Crash

If I bind one bone with mesh - it works and isn't quitting.

I attach log file, but Spine doesn't fix anything there after the line "Started." Not sure if it's useful.

Please, help! I really need this tool for work...

I don't see a crash in the log. The log is overwritten each time you run Spine, are you sure you captured the log right after Spine crashed?

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem. I made this using the tank cannon image:

Besides the spine.log file with the crash, maybe you can show a screen capture of how you cause it to happen? On Windows Vclip is super easy to create a video (though doesn't show the mouse), then you can upload it to YouTube.
