Save 3.5.44 file to 3.0.00 version?

As above, a third party software requires the 3.0 version of spine runtime as latest, but I spent almost a week to animate this character of mine in 3.5 version, really dont wanna see all the time goes waste. 🙁
Can anyone please help me to figure it out?

The best you can do is export to .json from 3.5.44, then reimport to 3.0.00. Note however that you may lose some thing. Notably inherit scale/rotation/reflection will be broken and constraint orders can also not be interpreted by 3.0.00.

Thanks for replying, it's gamemaker studio.
I tried to reimport the character to 3.0 but showed "an error occurred while importing the skeleton. please be sure to choose a vaild skeleton JSON or binary file"
