[CLI] Size mismatch between json and image

The exported json data includes the width and height of regions. But this size is not the current size but rather the size at the time the spine file was last saved. This can lead to mismatch in size if the image was modified after the spine was last saved.

Would it be possible to add an export flag for using the actual image size instead of the one saved in the spine file?

For CLI data export, Spine tries to find the image to read the latest size. If it can't you should see:

Image for slot "head" not found: head

I tested it just now by exporting spineboy from the CLI, resizing his head and exporting again, deleting the head image and exporting again. It worked as it should.

Sorry for the erroneous report, turns out my test case was convoluted by our toolchain caching a file.
