Ok, can confirm, using the example files that come with spine-corona that the first code does not work. The second more recent approach does work with spine boy and other tests we tried. We were, however, thrown by one test example which results in the flipping and rotating around.

There are also the 2 approaches above you can toggle between: old approach, new approach.
spineBoy works with the new approach but the old approach no longer blends.
Same with 9_machine2, it no longer blends with the old approach. But for both of these 9_machine 2 also throws a wobbly and spins around randomly instead of blending. This has been generated from the public version of Spine, 3.5.40. What might be the issue here?
