  • Updated images duplicate themselves until reload

I've noticed in issue in recent versions of Spine (currently on 3.5.20) where updating an image won't be reflected in Spine. Instead, two instances of the old version of the image show up in the Images directory in the Hierarchy. I don't have to fully shut down Spine, but I do have to reload the project in order to fix it. The image then updates, and there's a single instance as there should be. Is this a known issue?

I'm not seeing that problem in 3.5.25. Can you try with that version? If it still happens, can you post the entire Spine log? The forum will automatically remove your name and email address.

I updated and am still having the problem. How do I access my Spine log? Can't find documentation on it anywhere.

You can click the button in Spine's settings, or find it here:
Windows: <user home folder>\Spine\spine.log
Mac: <user home folder>/Library/Application Support/Spine/spine.log
Linux: <user home folder>/.spine/spine.log
