Hi,

Our artists rarely export things, and as a result they don't know when images are missing or anything that would flag up on the (texture) export. Would it be possible to have a non intrusive warning like flag appear, in editor, to let the artist know this?

I remember seeing the warning dialog for this a few times recently.
So I tried breaking an existing project. Removed one of the images. Even disabled the slot in setup mode.
This is what Spine throws up:

Also tried breaking a Skin by renaming one of its image files. Still detected and throws up the warning.

Oh, you meant a warning outside of exporting.
I would second that.
How do images disappear though?

yeah, outside of exporting. Images disappear when being altered out side of editor, we can have a lot of images/skins, and checking eachone is time consuming - even though the mouse over thing is great!

I would just try exporting every now and then as a workaround, rather than checking each one.

yeah, that's an option, but often still get a list of 10+ images. One thing that will improve this, if is if the warning didn't repeat stuff (different skins), and/or said what skin the problem image was in
