Hello,

As stated in Spine's license, Exhibit A, Spine uses some GPL components:
GPL v2 w/ Classpath Exception
http://openjdk.java.net/legal/gplv2+ce.html

	 OpenJDK (Windows, Linux)
	 Copyright (c) Various

I also saw it has a classspath exception, but I am confused about the legal part of purchasing a product that used GPL license component and concerned about the impacts of using such product in my commercial application.
Is there any impact or obligation that I must follow?

Thank you

The GPL v2 w/ Classpath Exception is due to us shipping a JVM with the Spine editor. The w/ Classpath exception guarantees that neither our use of the JVM nor your use of the Spine editor is subject to the terms of the GPL v2.

When using Spine at runtime in an engine, the GPL v2 w/ Classpath Exception does not apply at all, as there the JVM is not used.
