In Spine Editor a slot use additve:  Loading Image

But in unity there is no effect:  Loading Image

I use shader Spine/Skeleton,why it's not take effect?

Make sure you're updated to the latest version of both Spine editor and the Spine-Unity/Spine-C# runtime (or just the latest .unitypackage).
There was a recent change in both.
