I can confirm that the example with eyes is working normally on my side too. So I think it will be something specific to my skeleton? I am sending the problematic skeleton here:
Here is a video where you can clearly see that the override is only working when set before entering playmode. Are we doing something wrong with the skeleton? Again, I remind you that it was working fine with non-beta runtime.
To reproduce, I simply spawn the follow hierarchy from SkeletonUtility, and the rest is seen in the video.
