Why are you using Spine version 4.2.03, or was that a typo?
Please note that many bugs have been fixed between 4.2.03 and the current 4.2 version 4.2.43:

Also, which exact version of the spine-unity 4.2 runtime (name of the unitypackage, also listed in Assets/Spine/version.txt, or in the Package Manager) are you using? Please be sure to use the latest 4.2 package is it is outdated as well.
