  • Spine v2.0.18 cannot open PhotoshopToSpine Json

Hi, I've wondering if there's a way to open/import PhotoshopToSpine Json file for Spine v2.0.18.
I'm currently using the latest photoshop 2025 but on a older spine (for cocos)

    Spine v2.0.18 is over 10 years old, please upgrade to a more recent version.
    May I ask why you're using such an outdated one? Newer versions offer significantly more features and overall improvements.

        tihg Unfortunately, the version is too old to provide an accurate answer, but at least in terms of release dates, Spine v2.0.18 was released in October 2014, and PhotoshopToSpine.jsx was published in August 2017 (around the time Spine 3.6 was updated). Therefore, Spine 2.0 may not be able to properly read the .jsonfile exported using PhotoshopToSpine.jsx.

            Hi Davide. I would love to use the latest version spine. Unfortunately Cocos2dx 3.4 that team is using only supports Spine v2.0.18 🙁

              *according to dev engine's that spine needs are lacking in API v3.4
