    While comparing two transform constraints, I noticed that one has the Y axis set to 100 and disabled, while the other has it set to 0 and also disabled. Aside from the visual difference, I wanted to know if this also results in a functional difference

    The Y mix is disabled because your transform constraint doesn't map to Y. There is no functional difference, what you see is just whatever was the last value it had. We show the disabled field so the X and Y mix fields always appear in the same place in the UI.
