I am unable to download Spine correctly. The download always fails at around 80%. I have tried on different computers and operating systems and the different download servers but with no success.
I tried different browsers too. Worryingly Edge browser gave me the following message: "SpineSetup.exe was blocked as unsafe by Microsoft Edge"
Any help would be appreciated.

Downloading from the License Page did not work. I do not have a spine.log as I have not got Spine to download at all yet. I am not behind a proxy. I rebooted and retried several times.
Our servers are OK. It could be that Microsoft Edge blocks the download. I highly suggest Firefox for web browsing:

It's not working on Firefox for me either. I will try and see if i can use a friends computer.
Downloading from a friends computer solved the problem.
