  • Selecting bones, adding key frames on double click

Hey guys

Thanks for the update, can't wait to get mesh in the runtimes!

I have some small/minor bugs but it is really messing with my workflow. Hope that I can explain it well enough 😉

  1. Ok this is a bit hard to explain so I have uploaded a video. Basically the problem is related to select/deselect by double-clicking away from the character. After playback, when I double click to deselect bones, Spine automatically adds a key frame in the frame I am in. And apparently, I am doing this a lot 🙂 (in the video I have "adjust" on, but this also happens without it. Removing "auto-key" works, but I would really hate to work without auto-key 😉 )

  1. When typing in numbers manually for for example the scale, I would usually go x-value first and then "tab" to the y-value. Usually you would highlight the whole number when tabbing into the box and thus you would be able to type the number right away. When you have "auto-key" on it quickly highlights the number and then "de-highlights" it again, so that you have to marquee it yourself.

  2. Selecting more bones is not working very well right now. Might be related to "1"? But when trying to select more bones in a row (all bones in an arm, for example, to use the pose tool) I hold down the command key and select. However, the selection doesn't always work and I have to press a number of times before the bone is actually selected.

I am on a Mac

Hope this makes sense! And keep up the good work! 🙂

Cheers

Sorry for the delay!

The first issue, double click sets a key, has been fixed. You can see the problem even before you double click:

The key buttons should not show as edited (orange) just be stopping playback. Keep an eye out for orange key buttons, if they ever show when you didn't make changes, that is a bug!

Next, auto key making text boxes lose their selection, fixed!

Next, not sure it is the same issue, but I fixed this: if nothing is selected, holding ctrl/cmd and clicking bones only selects the first one.

No worries about the delay, Nate! Thanks for the reply and thanks for the fixes - much appreciated!
