Sorry for the troubles and thanks for sending the reproduction project, we received everything. We will get back to you as soon as we've figured out what's going wrong.
We have just fixed this issue on both 4.1 and 4.2-beta branches. New Spine URP shaders UPM packages are available for download here as usual:

Shoot.. Sounds like I definitely need to update to 4.1 now
