I logged into RhoTheMod and I think it sent me to the new layout. The header layout starting from right above/before the search box seems broken. 
But I like how lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit on the new site. It's very modern.
I can't seem to rename topics anymore. (to mark them as "solved" or "fixed")
The functionality was fine last week.
I think it's not a permissions thing. I tried to edit a new topic that I made with my Pharan account and it complained like this:
"You must specify a subject when posting a new topic."
I also couldn't edit the title there.
I think what happened was the Edit Post layout was edited along with the new layout changes and the textbox for the title got replaced by uneditable header text, making the title not only uneditable but unsubmittable too, as there is no text box for the POST request to get data from.
