  • [Request] Closing/Navigating Dialogues w Keyboard

  • I often open the rename dialogues to copy names for various reasons and such but it's not possible to close any dialogues with Esc key. It would be quite help full, it gets tiresome real quick to close them by mouse all the time.

  • It would also be great to be able to move between fields and check boxes with Tab and backwards with Shift + Tab as in Windows and toggle check boxes with Space.

It would be really great if basically ALL dialogues could be escaped and and navigated with keyboard and not entirely rely on mouse interactions.

    All dialogs should close when you press escape, equivalent to clicking cancel. Similarly, pressing enter is equivalent to clicking OK.

    You can navigate text fields with tab, but we haven't implemented focus traversal for other UI elements, like checkboxes. We do plan on getting to it in time.

    Hmm.. now Esc key do work. I clearly remember it not working. I wonder if there is a bug some times or something else interfering. I'll keep an eye out for it if it happens again.
