  • [Bug] Timeline resets on "jump to animation start" (Q)

  • Modifié

Hi, I'm often working on long animations so I use Loop Start-End quite often. The problem is that when I'm zoomed in on the timeline and then pressing Q to reset the play back to the Loop Start position, the hole time line view resets to the left most position which means my area I was working on some times slides completely out of view. This is incredibly annoying to say the least. When will this behavior be fixed?

PS. there is a workaround of sort. If I keep RMB down while pressing Q, the horizontal scroll bar resets but the view stays in place, still not the way it should behave and this breaks as soon as you pan the timeline.

Reseting the playback to the beginning of the loop area should NOT affect the timeline view at all in my opinion.

Agreed. In 4.0.75-beta we've made the timeline scroll position change only if Current is active in the dopesheet.

@Nate What is Current? (I haven't used v4 yet as we can't use it with our version of Pixi runtime)
