Using photoshop cc 2019 with latest script from github

Here is a very simple sample PSD for reproducing the bug.
I don't even have [merge] tags used.

Thanks for the file. It was the empty group Foreground. We've fixed the problem and put up the latest here:
spine-scripts/photoshop at master · EsotericSoftware/spine-scripts
