how to create attachment at phaser 3

Hello everyone
I'm use phaser 3.19.0, And I want to create attachment for slot through my code, like

const attachment = phaser.scene.add.image()

. But I found not worked, any idea for this?

We don't maintain the Spine Phaser integration, so we aren't experts on this matter. What I can say is that the Spine API used under the hood by the Spine Phaser integration can't simply cope with Phaser specific things like images. There might however be a mechanism in the Spine Phaser integration for this. I suggest you ask on the Phaser forums.
