boss animations for an educational games platform
Workflow: Sketches > Illustrator > Spine
For the white limbed characters: I'm re-using most of the arms and legs rigs, then add character specific assets in a new skeleton. For some of the motion: I use an on/off transform constraint outside of the characters "hips" bone, and rotate the whole thing around that.
If anyone has some tips on how to get the "pickup of pacifier" a bit smoother, I'm all ears!

Its 2 months old so I don't think you still doing the same project.
But the pickup pacifier thingy is too sudden? Maybe bend the legs first, body back, then body goes front to make it more fluid?
