This is kind of case by case basis, and not always repeatable.
When adding a new skeleton with a JSON file, sometimes the images do not come along with it, and 'refresh' does not actually refresh the images. All you have to do to fix it is click on the images folder, click the browse button, and it is already at the correct location, so click 'select folder'. I can do this same import 10 times a row, doing the exact same steps, and it's a 50/50 on whether the images will be linked properly or not.
