Please Help! Can't activate the Spine.

Hi.

I hope you help me.
I can't activate the Spine after fill the activation code, I have popup with following info
(Sorry, the server could not be contacted. Please check your internet conection and any firewall settings that may be block Spine.)
After that I added Spine in windows firewall allowed apps list and that's not help.
Please help me.

It could be a firewall outside of your own computer. Are you using a school or public library internet or company internet or something? Or in a country with similar blocks?
Could your computer be redirecting traffic that's supposed to be going to Spine servers?

I have the same problem today, I think it's because I installed AVG AntiVirus but I can't find any solution to make it work and I have lot of work on Spine today, Could anybody help me please??? 😢 😢 😢 :scared: :scared: :scared:

@slipouze Due to a certificate expiration, you'll need to download and reinstall Spine, else it can't reach the server. Sorry for the trouble! We have ensured this problem won't happen again.
