How do you manage to create your bones at that angle? I like the little touch where he's leaning forward on that "steep" part of the hill

Just rotated the bones so that the horizontal line represented where the ground would be, then when I draw the skeleton, I rotate it first by the opposite angle of the ground.

The video is cool! I like how the bag bounces, has a good feel of depth. You could have adjusted the rotation of the root bone to match the walking surface, but I suppose the blending makes it smooth and lets you make it look more realistic. Good stuff!
