try to instal the latest version 3.0.7
Hi all,
I have a big problem : i try to update my 2.1.27 in Spine but it didn't work ! So i download the latest windows version, uninstalled the previous, installed the last... and have a fantastic error : 0xc000035a. MSVCR100.dll do not work under windows...hum... I download it 3 times ! Same error.
Can you help me please ?
Thanks!
no one ? Please answer...
So i re-install the 2.1.27 and this version work. I can't update to the 3.0.7 "Spine launcher is out of date"... I bought it the 17th november 2015...out of date...
So i am a bit dissatisfied !
Please, give me a work around to update your program to 3.0.7. (normal upadte don't work and download in the licence page give an exe file that don't work in Win 10)
nobody ? ... No way to have the latest version ?
The new launcher is required for you to update to 3.0.
It's supposed to work in Windows 10. Other people run Windows 10. I run Windows 10. I've installed it several times already and on separate machines for testing and it works just fine.
There have been other people experiencing problems, with certain anti-virus programs, running Spine in virtual machines.
If you could post the exact error message or screenshot or something, we can probably try to troubleshoot it.
hi Pharan ! Thanks for your response. Launcher ? Where can i find it ? in the licence page file ? if it is, i download it and i have the error i gave to you : error : 0xc000035a. MSVCR100.dll do not work under windows (the message is in french.. so i try to translate...). The title of the error is "wrong image".
It's possible something that was installed before broke the dll.
You can try to follow the instructions in that post, but I've also linked Nate to this thread.
The launcher is the thing you download from your license page.
Is your Windows 10 32 bit or 64 bit? Image supprimée en raison de l'absence de support de HTTPS. | Afficher quand même
Are you running Bit Defender or other anti virus software?
You can try deleting msvcr100.dll
from the Spine installation directory. This will cause Spine to use whatever version of that DLL is on your system, if any. If Spine still doesn't work, maybe you don't have the DLL on your system. You can get it here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328
That is the 32 bit version, which should work. The 64 bit version is here:

Nate, i am in 32bits. I try this !
Thanks to you and Pharan for your great support ! And ... i don't mention it because i am new on Spine but It is a great software you made ! keep the good work men !
